Mr. S P Lohia is the founder of Indorama Corporation. He established PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics along with his father, Mr. M.L. Lohia, in 1975. He has over four decades of industrial experience and sits on the boards of various companies of the Group. He is also the Chairman of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (listed on the Thai Stock Exchange). He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Amit Lohia joined Indorama in 1995 and has successfully run businesses, led turnaround of distressed assets, and implemented greenfield projects for the Group in different parts of the world. He sits on the boards of various companies of the Group. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Manish Mundra leads Indorama’s vibrant business activities in Africa. He has over 25 years of experience in international business and M&A in a wide range of manufacturing industries. He has an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Munish Jindal has over three decades of rich experience in corporate finance and commercial activities in a variety of manufacturing industries. He is an Honors Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Sivadas is a Mechanical Engineer from India with three decades of rich experience and an excellent track record in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, Operations, Maintenance, Productivity, Safety and Quality Management Functions.

Mr. Mele Kyari has very rich oil and gas industry experience spanning over 27 years. He completed his degree in Geology and Earth Science from the University of Maiduguri. He was appointed as director of IPL in the year 2020 to represent NNPC Pension Fund Limited, one of the shareholders of IPL.

Mr. Ayodeji Ariyo Gbeleyi is the Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE). He is a renowned financial expert and award-winning chartered accountant. Mr. Gbeleyi has over 30 years of experience in diverse sectors, including Manufacturing, FMCG, Investment & Commercial Banking, Project Finance, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, and Public Administration.

Hon. Dagogo Israel Iboroma, SAN is the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice of Rivers State, appointed on 13th May 2024. He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 12th December 1990 and attained the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) on 28th November 2022, a recognition of his outstanding contributions to the legal profession in Nigeria. As Attorney-General, he oversees justice administration and provides legal counsel to the state. In 2025, he was appointed as a Director of Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited (IEPL), representing the Rivers State Government, a shareholder in the company.

Mr. Kenneth Worgu is a Nigerian businessman with extensive experience in the oil and industrial sectors. As CEO and MD of Oil & Industrial Services Limited (OIS), he leads operations in oilfield services, engineering, construction, and fabrication. He also holds directorial roles at OIS Indorama Port Limited (OIPL), a joint venture with Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited, established on April 19, 2013.

Mr. Anil Rana is a commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 20 years of experience in business development, taxation, and internal audit & assurance functions, both in India and Nigeria. Prior to joining Indorama Nigeria in Jan 2007, he worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Delhi, India. In Dec 2018, Mr Anil Rana was appointed as a director of OIS Indorama Port Limited.

Mr. Etuh holds an MBA from the Business School, Netherlands, a Diploma in Banking from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Jos. He also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is the founder of the TAK Group of Companies, out of which he remains actively involved as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TAK Agro & Chemicals Limited.

Mr. Sampath holds a post-graduate qualification in General Management from India. He brings 25 years of experience, with the first 10 years spent in India working with various multinational consumer goods companies. He moved to Africa in 2009, throughout his career, Mr. Sampath has worked in five countries across East and Southern Africa, gaining extensive experience in FMCG, agro-processing, and commodity trading.

Mr. Nwandu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA (1991), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). With over 30 years of management experience, Mr. Nwandu has worked with various companies in the United States of America and Nigeria. His experience includes serving as Managing Director of TAK Continental Limited, Director of Superphosphate Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, Managing Consultant for Venture Capital Network Limited, and Management Consultant for Lowe Lintas and Initiative IM Global Nigeria Limited (Initiative Media) in Nigeria. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Metro Ventures/USA, Inc. in Maryland, Senior Accountant at Pacific Environmental Services, Inc. in Virginia, and Accountant at Support Services, Inc. in Maryland, USA.

Emmanuel holds an LLB from SOAS University of London and an LLM from Durham University. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (FCIARB). Additionally, he serves on the Board of Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc and 9mobile. Before his current role, Emmanuel worked at TMD Advisory, specializing in portfolio management, local investments, and tax-efficient structures. His private equity experience spans IT, consumer services, retail, media, real estate, and healthcare. At Banwo & Ighodalo, he advised on corporate law, foreign investments, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance across finance, power, agriculture, and technology. His tenure at the International Bar Association (IBA) in London strengthened his expertise in international law and policy, focusing on constitutional reform, security, immigration, and climate change.

Mr. Bharti holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Management (MBA) with a focus on General Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), India. Mr. Amit Bharti is a distinguished management professional with 28 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business management across diverse sectors, including FMCG, consumer durables, and manufacturing.
